Actvo helps people personally and privately with performance and progression in their job. It acts like a digital Career Coach - and is available on a monthly subscription. The methodology Actvo follows is a 3 step framework.
1. Firstly we help people KNOW themselves and their career history well, by providing a range of interactive learning activities to determine a Career Story. This Story then acts as a baseline of their needs and strengths and informs the recommendations engine within the platform.
2. Next we help people LEARN by giving them the ability to create a series of Learning Pathways. Depending on the challenge they select, we insource via our AI sourcing & recommendations engine a range of activities, experiences and resources to help them self-direct a learning and development plan.
3. Lastly we help people GROW by developing a personal Career Pathway. This comprises us matching them through our AI-recommendations engine, to a range of Future Work Pathways they are suited to, showing them Jobs they are most likely to match to and be competent at, and helps them with advice and guidance on how to transition (including showing skill & experience gaps, and providing learning resources).

ACE® is an adapted agent, trained as a Career Guide. ACE® operates only within Actvo and no data provided to ACE® is shared outside of the private environment of Actvo. ACE® is trained on 3 things:
1. How to guide people through the application and get the most out of it.
2. How to use information shared, to make good decisions about careers.
3. How to navigate tricky work situations, learn new skills & solve complex challenges.
ACE® recalls all information on the user, and can use that information to tailor personalised careers advice on an on-call basis.
